Landon Bailey has represented a wide variety of companies, government agencies, and individuals in litigation matters before federal and state trial courts, appellate courts, and bankruptcy court. Landon’s litigation experience includes commercial disputes, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, securities litigation, constitutional matters, writ of mandate proceedings, product defect claims, attachment proceedings, copyright and trademark infringement claims, patent litigation, and trade secret litigation.
