As counsel to some of the largest brokerage firms in the country, Eric Glassman has extensive experience in litigating customer disputes throughout the West in federal and state courts and before arbitration forums.  In the past 15 years, Eric has successfully handled hundreds of such disputes, in many cases securing a complete dismissal of all claims.  Eric focuses on developing litigation strategies that meet the particular needs of each of his clients.  “Being a zealous advocate of a client’s interest requires active listening.”  Eric works with clients in investigating the facts behind a claim and in exploring the goals the client would like to achieve in its resolution.  “My clients’ needs are diverse.  Even with cases that appear to present similar facts and legal issues, my clients’ interests often are best served by using very different approaches toward a resolution.” more...
